Check-in is from 3 pm. There is free parking right in front of the house, and a garage for motorbikes. If you arrive later, just let us know.

I only let two or three holiday properties. Is it worth it?
If the assistant helps you win one or two direct bookings a month that would otherwise have gone through a booking portal with commission, the commission saved covers the Start plan at €59 a month.
Can guests book through the assistant?
No. The assistant never books itself. It answers your guests' questions and sends them to your own booking page. In the Komplett plan, with Apaleo or ibelsa, it checks free rooms and prices live first, and the guest then books on your page.
What about guests from abroad?
The assistant replies in the language the guest writes in, whether English, German, Czech, Italian or another language.
Do I have to be on call?
No. The assistant answers general questions itself. Anything it can't handle reaches you by Telegram or email, with the guest's contact details. You reply when it suits you.
Can you set it up for me?
Yes. I set it up within 48 hours for a one-off €199, including the content, channels and check-in information. Or you set it up yourself for €99. Custom work from €1,499 on request.
Where is the data processed?
The platform and conversations are hosted by Strato in Germany. Replies are generated by AI providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI, under data processing agreements with EU standard contractual clauses. Your data is not used for training.
