How does ordering work?
Customers order on WhatsApp, Telegram or the chat on your website. The assistant knows your menu, confirms the order and sends it straight to your kitchen view or receipt printer. No platform in between, no commission. Ordering is part of the Komplett plan.
When does it pay off compared with a delivery platform?
An example: platforms such as Lieferando charge up to 13% commission per order. At €20 average order value, that is up to €2.60 per order. If you take around 96 orders a month directly instead, the commission saved covers the Komplett plan at €249.
Does it work with my receipt printer?
Orders can be printed automatically on Sunmi receipt printers. Every order is also shown in the kitchen view in your browser.
Can I keep using Lieferando alongside it?
Yes. The two work side by side. Customers who already know you order directly, and new customers can still find you on the platform.
How does the setup work?
I set it up within 48 hours for a one-off €199, including your menu, WhatsApp connection and kitchen view. Or you set it up yourself for €99. Larger custom projects from €1,499 on request.
Where is the data processed?
The platform and conversations are hosted by Strato in Germany. Replies are generated by AI providers such as Anthropic or OpenAI, under data processing agreements with EU standard contractual clauses. Your data is not used for training.
